Cancellations and Refunds

At Serene Soul Hut, we value transparency and fairness.
Session & Program Cancellations
• Once a session, workshop, or program is booked, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
• Missed sessions due to personal reasons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Workshops & Courses
• Fees paid for workshops, courses, or memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the rare case that Serene Soul Hut cancels a session or program, participants will be offered either:
o A rescheduled session, or
o A credit toward a future program.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, are strictly at the discretion of Serene Soul Hut and will be processed only in exceptional circumstances.
